In order to be able to use our services, each user that is planning to make calls must have one of the following licenses:

Voice license, or
E3 license, or
E5 license

Granting permissions

Convonaut needs permissions to access the voices services in your MS Teams account. Once you sign up for our service, you will receive an email with a link that will take you to Microsoft where you can grant the permissions needed to access the necessary services.
